The Medical Center of the Americas Foundation in partnership with the Cluster Biomédico de Juárez has instituted BIO El Paso - Juarez, a non-profit organization. Our mission is to enhance and improve the innovation, collaboration, investment, and resilience of the regional medical device ecosystem to increase its global competitiveness.
We work towards our mission by linking the business sector, government, and educational institutions to train and develop new methodologies for biomedical engineering, research, and medical equipment production. Our efforts have led to automating our processes to meet the industry demands of the medical device international market and become one of the most reliable contract manufacturer clusters of medical devices worldwide.
The BIO El Paso - Juarez’s vision and resources encourage biomedical cluster growth by developing solutions to our industry’s greatest challenges. Our programs and events will provide critical networking opportunities to help you build your professional network and educate you on the trends of our biotech industry.
We will focus on training, attracting, and retaining talent to our region and expanding regional production capabilities and competencies in areas such as advanced manufacturing, R&D, sterilization, logistics, quality and compliance, and disruptive technologies. BIO El Paso-Juarez will provide collaborative networks for members to connect and promote our region and medical device industry strengths to the world.
